Call for Submissions: MONOCHROME: Art in Black and White
"To see in color is a delight for the eye... but to see in black and white is a delight for the soul." — Andri Cauldwell
The Gallery on the Square invites regional artists to submit their original artwork for our upcoming physical exhibition, MONOCHROME: Art in Black and White. By stripping away the distraction of color, this show challenges artists to explore the raw power of contrast, light, shadow, texture, and form.
We are seeking compelling, high-contrast visual narratives that rely entirely on shades of black, white, and gray tones to evoke emotion, tranquility, or a deep connection to the world around us.
