Tuesday Morning Knitters:  Every Tuesday morning from 10 - noon. Bring your own projects. The coffee is on!

Classes

Pre-registration is required for all classes and class size is limited.  A list of supplies will be given at time of registration. Call 586-8055 or stop in to register.

Beginning Knitting Classes

Tuesday, February 7th - March 13th, 2012 6-8:00 pm CST
Taught by Knitting Master Sarah Wakefield
6 week class that covers the basics of knitting.
This is the class to take if you have never picked up needles or have not for a while and need some refresher. Don't forget the Knitting group on Tuesday mornings from 10-noon offer ongoing support and encouragement, plus experienced knitters to help with small problems!

Continuing Education for Artists

The first of 4 workshops geared especially for Simpson County Guild Members.  However, it is open to everyone who desires to enhance their art. Simpson County Guild Member, Vickie Warner will lead this workshop.

Do It Yourself Canvas Class

February 25th, 2012 9:00-12:00 CST $30
Learn to ...Build the frame, stretch and prime your own gallery style 11/2 inch deep,
ready to hang canvas!

During this demonstration (with some hands on) you will cover, tools and supplies, cutting wood, assembling frame, stretching and priming canvas. You will receive an instructional printout with photos for your convenience and material samples.
